Refund policy

At minipompom, we carefully inspect all products before shipment. Merchandise photos are for reference only.  

Refunds and returns are only offered under the following circumstances:

• The item is out of stock
• We shipped the wrong item
•  The item arrives defective or damaged
• Items must be returned unused, with the original packaging included

To request a refund or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order, and provide clear photos of the issue. 

We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• any personal reasons
• minor variations in colour, appearance, packaging, or measurements that do not affect product functionality
• delays caused by shipping carriers, custom clearance, or circumstances beyond our control

All damaged or defective items must be returned in its original condition upon delivery, within 7 days of its arrival. In the case of return or exchange, the return shipping expenses are at customers' cost.

All shipping fees, custom duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.

* In case of any dispute, Minipompom Company Limited reserves the right of final decision.

* The English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and its Chinese translation.

* Theory reserves the right to amend these Terms and conditions without prior notice.

在 minipompom，我們會在發貨前仔細檢查所有產品。商品圖片僅供參考。

我們僅在以下情況下接受退款及退貨：

• 商品缺貨

• 寄錯商品

• 商品在送達時已有瑕疵或損壞

• 商品必須未受人為損壞及使用過，並且附有所有的品牌原外包裝

如需申請退款或換貨，請於收到訂單後 3 天內與我們聯絡，並提供清晰的照片以說明問題。

我們不接受因以下情況而提出的退款、退貨或換貨申請：

• 任何個人原因

• 不影響產品功能的輕微顏色、外觀、包裝或尺寸差異

• 因物流公司、海關清關或我們無法控制之情況所造成的延誤

所有損壞或有瑕疵的商品必須在送達後 7 天內以送達時的原狀退回。如需退貨或換貨，退回之運費將由顧客自行承擔。

所有運費、海關關稅、稅項及進口費用均不予退還。
